The Kosovo Fallacy and Syria (Axworthy-Cole Debate)

I was on the CBC’s excellent The Current to discuss former Canadian Foreign Minister Lloyd Axworthy’s proposal that Western action in Syria should resemble the Kosovo campaign of the 1990s.
